Sunday Dec. 12th 11am – Native Plant Walk with Terri Wilde

Explore the winter plant life of the Upper Skagit. Learn the edible and medicinal properties and interesting stories of native and naturalized flora. We will share tea and and brief outdoor presentation outside the interpretive center before taking a leisurely walk to meet the winter wonderland plants by the river. The presentation will last approximately one hour. Dress for the weather.

Terri Wilde has been studying local plants and fungi for more than three decades and enjoys sharing her knowledge and humor.
