This photo, taken from downtown Mt. Vernon, shows the Skagit River in full flood. There have been evacuations, power outages and flood damage up and down the river. Our hearts go out to all those affected. The volunteer training scheduled for November 20th at 10:00am will still take place. For those of you training as naturalist walking tour guides, please bring rubber boots or waterproof shoes!
