2009 Upper Skagit Bald Eagle Festival

ARTWORK / CRAFT GUIDELINES
-
All work must be handcrafted original artwork of high
quality
-
No imported or mass produced items.
-
Applications must be accompanied by a catalog, brochure,
or three photos that represent your work.
BOOTH FEES AND SIZES
-
6’ X 12’ space not to exceed 8’ high (table not
included) ($75.00).
-
Tables will be available to rent for $10.00.
-
Artists must supply their own booth fitting the 6’ X 12’
confines, in good taste and observe common courtesy.
-
All tables must be draped to the floor.
GUIDELINES
-
Setup time is Saturday, January 24th, from 8:00 am to
9:30 am.
-
Your space will be considered relinquished if you are
not set up by 9:45 am.
-
The building will be locked on Saturday night, it is
recommended valuable objects not be left overnight.
-
The Festival cannot be responsible for loss or damage.
-
You are responsible for collecting & reporting sales
tax.
-
Pets are not allowed in the exhibitors’ booths.
APPLICATION
PROCESS & ITEMS
-
Completed Artist’s Agreement (separate page) with
signature(s) and date.
-
Photos, catalog, or brochure (include price ranges).
-
Booth/table fees. Check or money order payable to
“Eagle Festival”
-
Self-addressed, stamped legal-size envelope.
-
Postmarked by November 1st.

Notification of acceptance will be mailed to you
by December 5th.

Deadline for cancellations is January 15, 2009.

No refunds will be made after this date.
RAFFLE PRIZE DONATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED and appreciated.
Someone will contact you at the festival and provide you
with a receipt.
Festival Raffle drawing
will be held at the event.
