 I/we, the undersigned participants agree to abide by the guidelines as set out on the application form, and for myself, my heirs, administrators and assigns waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I/we may have against the Concrete School District, the Upper Skagit Bald Eagle Festival Committee, or any other organizations or individuals connected with this event, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all damages, losses, thefts, or injuries which I/we may suffer while taking part in any activities associated with this event.
